Our family lived in Ballinasloe,County Galway in the Republic of Ireland for 5 years. We recently moved back to the states to have treatment for Holly's cancer.

Kylemore Abbey was a special place to see while our guests were here.
Shoreside along the River Corrib just before it pours into Galway Bay. We were happy to have our daughter and son-in-law here for Christmas.
This is an abandoned house commonly called a "famine house". Manyof these can be seen in the countryside, left over from the terrible Irish potato famine from the mid 1800's.
